Cleona Coffee Mobile Roastery

Step inside Cleona Coffee Roasters’ mobile roasting trailer, Ristretto, for a live, up-close look at how raw green coffee beans become fresh-roasted coffee. In this 15–20 minute sensory experience, you’ll hold the beans, smell the roast transform, hear the famous “first crack,” and see the digital roast curves behind each batch. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just curious, this is a rare chance to experience fresh roasting in action.
Saturday October 24 and Sunday October 25
10:30am, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:30 PM
All sessions are first-come, first-served and included with your festival ticket!
